SUMMER CLUB
BUCKS AUCTION HELD AUGUST 1, 2008
NEXT CLUB BUCKS AUCTION
WILL BE OCTOBER 31, 2008
Members of the Boys & Girls Club of Harney County earn
Club Bucks for doing good deeds around the Club.
This incentive teaches kids and teens the value of money
management by allowing them to save up their Club Bucks
to purchase items from the Club Bucks store on Fridays.
Twice a year special Club Bucks auctions are held in
which members have a chance to try and outbid each other
for great items such as toys, candy, music CD's and
DVD's. Our summer auction featured items donated
by King's Variety Store and staff. New to this
auction were special teen only items in which teens were
able to bid on items such as movies and The Club shirts.
Members are encouraged to continue saving their Club
Bucks because our next auction will be October 31st.
